Chocolate Covered Popcorn


Last year my friend Jennifer Harris brought us some of this YUMMY popcorn and it has become one of our favorites. And it is really easy to make.

6 bags of popcorn (Orville Redenbacher’s Tender White)
1 lb. Vanilla flavored Almond Bark
Candy sprinkles


I make ½ of this at a time because I don’t have a large enough bowl for 6 bags of popcorn. So all you do is melt ½ the Vanilla Almond bark in a pan on the stove over low heat for about 8 minutes. Then pour over 3 bags of popcorn and mix it with your hands until all the popcorn is coated. Spread out on wax paper and sprinkle with candy sprinkle. Then let it sit for a while until the chocolate dries.

Delicious! I finished the bag you sent home with Ryker, and then had to make some more - I can't stop eating it.
